We provide licensed physical therapy services, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and holistic wellness care through both in-home and virtual formats. Sessions may include manual therapy, guided exercise, lymphatic wellness education, and lactation consultation or referral support—tailored to your individual needs.
Services are delivered under The Pelvic Way™, an active and licensed physical therapy brand in commerce.
The Pelvic Way™ operates under a Florida PT license, with virtual services provided in accordance with state telehealth regulations and practice guidelines.
Events, Workshops, and Speaking Engagements Clinical, wellness, or community events
With a blend of professional expertise and lived experience, each presentation offered by The Pelvic Way™ is designed to be informative, compassionate, and empowering.
Topics may include: Pelvic health education across the lifespan, postpartum recovery and maternal care, whole-person healing for trauma-informed rehabilitation, and lactation support and referral guidance.
Events may be tailored to: New moms and support groups, community wellness events, corporate wellness programs, and clinical teams or hospital staff education
Presentations are led by Stephanie Caceres, DPT, MPH, PRPC, MCHES®, a pelvic health expert, educator, and licensed physical therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, maternal wellness, and public health.
