About Us

Hi, we’re Stephanie and Ari.

We created The Pelvic Way to make Pelvic Health, movement, and nutrition feel less confusing.

Stephanie Caceres, DPT, MPH, PRPC, MCHES®

Movement-focused physical therapist and public health educator

I am a physical therapist with advanced training in pelvic health, movement disorders, with a background in public health education. My work focuses on helping people better understand how their body moves, adapts, and recovers.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of pelvic health, breathing, pressure management, neurologic movement, and functional strength. My approach centers around clarity, integration, and practical education.

The Pelvic Way grew from from a simple idea: when people understand their bodies, they feel less overwhelmed and more confident.

This site is an extension of how I teach - in the clinic, in the classroom, and in community settings - breaking down complex ideas into clear usable information.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, a wife, and someone who values feeling strong, connected, and at home in your body.

Credentials: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Master of Public Health (MPH)

Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC)

Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES)

Ari Daniel Hozman, PhD, MS

Ari is a public health professor and nutrition educator with a PhD in Public Health and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. His work focuses on helping people understand how nutrition, behavior, and environment shape long-term health.

On The Pelvic Way, Ari shares practical, research-informed insights on nutrition and recovery including energy balance, muscle health, gut function, and strategies that support movement and aging.

He teaches future healthcare leaders in the classroom and brings that same clarity and perspective to the educational content shared here.

Outside of work, he enjoys lifting, playing bass and guitar, and dancing to silly songs with our daughter.

Why We Created The Pelvic Way

We believe that when people understand how their bodies work, from movement to nutrition to recovery, they feel less overwhelmed and more empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

This site is our shared effort to make that information clear, practical, and accessible. Everything on this site is educational and not a substitute for individualized medical care.
