Our Mission:

The Pelvic Way™ was founded in Valrico, Florida, with a mission to support and empower women through every stage of life. We believe every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for by a skilled provider. Our goal is to help you reclaim your voice, restore your body, and live with confidence and vitality.

Stephanie Caceres, DPT, MPH, PRPC, MCHES®

Founder & Pelvic Health Specialist

Stephanie is a pelvic floor physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Master of Public Health, and national certifications as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) and a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES®). She combines clinical expertise with public health perspective to deliver care that is not only evidence-based, but deeply empowering.

She founded The Pelvic Way™ to help women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their voices, and restore confidence through every stage of life.

Specialties include:

  • Postpartum recovery and diastasis recti

  • Pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction

  • Bladder concerns (leakage, urgency, frequency)

  • Bowel dysfunction and constipation

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • C-section recovery and scar mobilization

  • Prenatal support and birth preparation

Stephanie is currently pursuing advanced certification in lymphedema therapy and lactation counseling to further expand The Pelvic Way™’s holistic, whole-person approach. In the meantime, she provides education and referral-based support in both areas.

Outside the clinic, she’s a mom, a wife, a Zumba enthusiast, and your go-to guide for feeling strong, aligned, and supported from the inside out.

Ari Daniel Hozman, PhD, MS

Director of Community Engagement, Research & Education
The Pelvic Way™

Ari Daniel Hozman is a public health expert, educator, and professor with a PhD in Public Health and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. At The Pelvic Way™, he leads community engagement, research, and educational initiatives—ensuring all programs are evidence-based, impactful, and aligned with the needs of the women and families served.

Ari also serves as a professor of public health, where he teaches future healthcare leaders and continues his work advancing health equity and preventative care.

With a strong foundation in health behavior, exercise science, and program development, his work focuses on:

  • Health education and behavioral science

  • Program planning and evaluation

  • Community partnerships and outreach

  • Research translation and public health communication

Ari plays a key role in bridging the gap between clinical care and community well-being, advancing The Pelvic Way’s mission to provide holistic, accessible, and empowering pelvic health services.

In his spare time, he enjoys hitting the gym, playing bass and guitar, and dancing silly songs with his daughter.
